Our output peaks dramatically during our high-stakes "Back to School" seasonal surge from April to July, requiring extreme production velocity combined with a strict standard for visual hierarchy and layout clarity. Every unique institutional property we manage brings a completely new set of visual branding, typography, and structural layout challenges. My primary responsibility is to solve these problems on tight timelines, delivering clear, beautiful, and intuitive interfaces that protect each school's distinct digital footprint. To keep our high-volume engine running smoothly, I act as the leading producer on task completion for our team, optimizing delivery lifecycles to consistently beat critical seasonal launch deadlines. To supercharge this execution, I leverage specialized training in prompt engineering to integrate advanced generative AI workflows into our process, utilizing platforms to brainstorm concepts and generate custom imagery that fits strict aesthetic bounds.
To defend our design craft after handoff, I initiated a custom Canva template library and structured workflow; by building locked-down, tailored template systems for clients to use post-launch, we successfully preserved long-term brand integrity without sacrificing production efficiency. Additionally, I recognized that manual visual compliance checking was a major bottleneck under a high-volume load, so I engineered a custom application that bulk-audits bundled color parameters for WCAG accessibility simultaneously instead of one by one. Extending my reach beyond day-to-day creative operations, I am also currently collaborating on an org-wide squad to develop comprehensive user personas—a work in progress designed to unify and standardize user empathy across multiple company departments.
