Real Estate Agent Website
Homevibes is a new real estate brokerage company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. They wanted to build a strong online presence to attract local buyers and sellers. They came to me with a specific goal list: design a website that impresses potential clients, create spaces to share market articles and videos, and start building an email subscription list. I completed the entire website in less than two months by combining their existing logo and brand photos into a modern, professional web layout.
Fast Project Delivery: Designing and launching a complete real estate website platform in under 60 days.
Smart Workarounds: Creating a unique two-part website setup to avoid paying for expensive software plugins upfront.
Lead Generation Strategy: Using helpful digital guides to successfully grow the client's email marketing database.

Task & Action
The client already had a basic web page that let people search for home listings. However, he did not want to spend money on expensive property search tools right away, though he wanted the option to add them later. To solve this problem, I designed a beautiful, content-focused homepage. This space lets him publish guides and videos to build up his personal real estate brand.
I then connected the property search buttons to his original page so users could still look at active house listings seamlessly. To build the email subscription list, I turned his home buyer and seller guides into downloadable assets. Visitors have to type in their email address to get the guides, which automatically captures new leads for his business.
Before
AfterThis project launched in December of 2023. If this were an ongoing or in-house corporate project, these are the items I would consistently monitor to increase growth:
Publish regular blog posts and increase video marketing content to keep users engaged.
Integrate the property search database directly onto the main website instead of linking out to a separate page.
Track and test specific local SEO search terms to help the website rank on page one of search engines.
Run A/B tests on different button layouts and text to get more people to join the email list.
